  • Overview

    This position is primarily responsible for responding quickly and courteously to all customer calls, requests, and complaints. The Contact Center Coordinator coordinates with subcontractor and the divisions with all efforts in assisting homeowners in resolving Customer Care issues.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responds to all incoming homeowner calls.
    • Processes all Customer Care requests.
    • Creates and processes work orders.
    • Maintains continuous correspondence with homeowners and all field personnel.
    • Files and posts follow-ups from field representatives on daily basis.
    • Generates letters to homeowners in timely manner, as needed.
    • Provides a response to customer request with 24 hours.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • 2+ years customer care experience preferred.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Ability to deal with all personality types.
    • Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude.
    • Must be detail and multi-task oriented.

    Technical Knowledge & Experience

    • Knowledge of Windows or comparable computer software desirable.

    Physical Requirements

    • Typical office environment.
