  • Overview

    Drives traffic to Beazer communities through managing and driving leads. Manages computer systems to follow up, track and qualify leads. Maintains and communicates knowledge of Beazer communities, amenities and home design options in order to enhance and drive the conversion of leads into sales and profitable growth.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responds to all web leads, by phone (if phone number supplied), click to chat, text or email.
    • Responds to all phone leads and click to chat immediately. Should be signed on and available for click to chat 75% of the time.
    • Uses CRM system (SFDC) to monitor lead to walk-in conversion and performs 7-day follow-up tasks as necessary.
    • Updates community books with current information, updated photography, driving directions, etc.
    • Maintains a comprehensive and current knowledge base of product, available inventory, offers, events, etc.
    • Maintains division and community specific content on Beazer.com including, but not limited to, community offers, spec offers, floor plans, office hours, directions, USP.
    • Acts as the division social admin by responding to postings and creating new postings on a daily basis.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred
    • Sales or customer service experience preferred

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Successful completion of the assessment tests
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Self-motivated, ability to work independently

    Technical Knowledge & Experience

    • PC proficient and internet savvy

    Physical Requirements

    • Typical office environment
    • Visits to communities will be required and may periodically work from sales office
