    Overview: This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to the division. Specific areas of focus include reporting, administrative support and tactical marketing support.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provides support to the Marketing Manager (MM) to implement planned marketing and sales programs (e.g., Coordinates on-site logistics and community appearance for local events, produces marketing collateral with direction from MM, responsible for weekend signage program, orders consumer, realtor and buyer giveaways). 
    • Performs general administrative duties as needed including coding and processing of invoices and tracking of advertising and promotions budgets. 
    • Responsible for sales center needs and appearance including flags, mats, signage and collateral ensuring brand compliance. 
    • Provides required information for the development of community/division specific collateral, invitations and directional signage to local vendors. 
    • Coordinates the production of community collateral (floor plans, price sheets, feature sheets) as required. 
    • Creates and distributes marketing collateral (email, flyers, direct mail, etc.) using brand templates with MM supervision. 
    • Coordinates model photography, community and model videos and spec photography with local vendors providing guidance on shot lists and video requirements per brand standards. 
    • Gathers, organizes and maintains visual assets in the media library (photography, virtual tours, etc.) and shares with Sales and Marketing departments for use on b.com, MLS and collateral. 
    • Participates in weekly sales and marketing meetings. 
    • Participates in the Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) process by reviewing competitive market research, receiving competitor email marketing communication, and visiting competitor communities.
    • Regularly pulls reports including, but not limited to, traffic, conversion, UPC traffic and buyer analysis, key marketing metrics, LES and PES CATSCANs, etc. as assigned for measuring and analysis of Sales and Marketing initiatives.
    • Assists MM with planning and execution of marketing promotions, community events, grand openings and Gatherings info sessions as needed. 
    • Assists MM with communication plan following the VIP process for all new communities, including Gatherings. 
    • Assists the Web Admin (NHIM), using the web admin tool to maintain, audit and update local content on Beazer.com including address, hours, driving directions, pricing, incentives, key community features and local interest features. 
    • Assists NHIM with lead management overflow and fills in for NHIM as needed. 
    • Audits and provides recommendations on property listings, including photos, in MLS(s). 
    • Assists NHCs with Realtor relations (e.g., Coordinates broker luncheons, distribution of collateral and promotional material).

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required 
    • 2 years’ experience in marketing position, in new homes sales industry or agency background preferred

    •  Some field travel to communities will be required
