  • Overview

    This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by accurately maintaining records and assisting with compensation and benefit administration

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Processes new hires into the payroll system
    • Coordinates with Talent Management to prepare Employee Status Change paperwork, follow up on approvals, and input into payroll system
    • Administers Commission Agreement process
    • Prepares variable pay matrices, updating as needed
    • Manages companywide bonus letter process including bonus statements at year-end
    • Uses Excel to input employee information for tracking of bonus payouts
    • Administers the Deferred Compensation Plan
    • Assists Benefits Director with projects including but not limited to relocation packages, enrollment, and billing
    • Sends FMLA documentation as needed and maintains leave of absence tracking log
    • Acts as backup to Human Resource professionals (reception, benefits, compensation, etc.)
    • Assists with planning and executing company events (Monthly Mingles, Company Picnic, etc.)
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • 2-4 years relevant experience

    Skills & Abilities

    • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and presentation skills
