    This position will participate in creating the next evolution of the company’s brand and defining the company’s strategic marketing direction.  The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and execution of marketing programs that support the company’s strategic marketing direction and drive high quality leads and traffic for every Beazer community.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development of annual marketing plans across digital advertising, social media, website, branding and email and other sales campaigns to meet and exceed the company’s sales and engagement objectives
    • Establish and maintain agency relationships, including rate negotiations. Accountable for ROI from all agency relationships
    • Oversee budgets for all Corporate Marketing programs
    • Establish consistent and clear reporting practices to communicate results to, and foster collaboration with, Sales and Field Marketing
    • Drive SEO and SEM strategies and tactics
    • Drive direct marketing best practices with the field and foster information sharing across markets
    • Ensure adherence to Beazer brand standards, legal guidance and marketing policies
    • Effectively attract, retain and develop subject matter experts on the Corporate Marketing team
    • Identify individual and team skill gaps, developmental areas and opportunities to advance individual and team capability

    Education & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 7 years of related marketing experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency in multi-channel marketing, including website management, digital advertising, social media, email and brand marketing
    • High-ticket-item industry (i.e. homebuilding, automotive, banking) or retail account experience preferred
    • Experience working with direct response marketing and segmentation strategies
    • Proven capability of engaging cross-functional working partnerships within corporate and field organizations, and maintaining relationships with external agencies
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with strong consensus building skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
