    GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will primarily be responsible for the planning and execution of internal communications and ad-hoc creative projects/campaigns. This role will also support the marketing teams one-off design needs, manage any print/production vendor relationships and other related duties as assigned.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities


    • Planning and execution of any internal communications to drive awareness of marketing campaigns, projects, etc…
      • Maintain and optimize marketing related intranet sites (incl. RMM Hub)
    • Assist & project manage any video development as needed
    • Execute creative ad-hoc projects as they arise (incl. interdepartmental marketing requests i.e. HR, Finance, etc.)
    • Maintain & socialize Beazer’s brand standards (manual)
    • Partner with Marketing Manager to execute hyper-targeting campaigns
    • Execute any minor design projects/tasks as needed, leveraging InDesign and/or Photoshop
    • Manage print vendor & production vendor relationships (Office Depot & PCI); manage applicable inventory supply
    • Manages media marketing library
    • Write blog/web/PR content as needed

    Education & Experience

    • Minimum Bachelors in Marketing, Journalism or related field
    • 3-5 years experience in marketing communications, marketing coordination or product marketing
    • 2 years experience in new home sales or agency background

    • Detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to problem solve and capture detailed requirements

    Technical Knowledge & Experience

    • Experience with SharePoint
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
