Provides coordination and administrative support for the Land Development Department with assistance to the Land Acquisition Department including but not limited to budgets, JD Edwards and project accounting, AP processing through Concur, HOA coordination, project legal coordination, coordination of project surety bonds, public utility coordination, project schedules and milestones, department tracking and updates, plans and permits, and other tasks as assigned as necessary.
Provide essential administrative support to the Land Department (Development and/or Acquisition) for the purchase and development of home sites. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Duties are performed approximately 60% in the office, and 40% on project sites (mainly in field offices), but may encounter temperature, weather and noise variations; may encounter electrical, dust, poor ventilation, dangerous machinery and moving objects and toxic conditions.
