    Overview: Provide customers with responsive, quality information and a compelling, connected experience resulting in achievement of opening sales goals, increased customer engagement and positive sentiment, and lifestyle programming to motivate ongoing sales.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    Until Public On-Sale Date:

    • Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge-base of product, available inventory, offerings, events, etc. for each upcoming Gatherings community
    • Respond to Gatherings VIPs and pre-opening Leads by phone, email, click-to-chat, or text with the goal of, over time, narrowing prospects to the one home that best meets their needs and preparing them to purchase
    • Use the CRM system (SalesForce) to track and provide a holistic understanding of each customer’s journey, allowing for a productive hand-off from GEM to New Home Sales Counselor or New Home Information Manager. (NHC/NHIM)
    • Partner with divisional New Home Info Managers for initial setup and maintenance of Gatherings web pages, ensuring all information is accurate, updated in a timely manner, and that all Gatherings web functionality is leveraged
    • Identify best-fit products to assist with visualization in the absence of finished product
    • Develop home-specific visualizations and a process for understanding selections per home with divisions
    • Along with divisional New Home Information Manager, maintain a web audit score at or above the company benchmark
    • With the division, develop Star Priority program elements. Track award-generating activity, process rewards, manage the purchasing queue, and continue to develop the program with the Gatherings team, including digital support
    • Develop opportunities for increased buy-in from VIPs
    • Quantify and qualify VIPs, communicating with divisional marketing teams and sharing anecdotal findings, along with data, on the actionable nature and preferences of the VIP list
    • Create and manage the Narrowing Tool per community, sharing with divisions and optimizing over time
    • Set up the online Booking Tool, with guidance from General Sales Managers on scheduling availability, and train divisional teams on updating and managing the tool
    • Own Reservations administration, partnering with New Home Sales Counselors (NHCs) to secure Reservations, nurture those under Reservation to provide an exceptional experience and prepare them for a seamless conversion from Reservations to contract, and schedule contract appointments with NHCs
    • Facilitate a customer-friendly hand-off from GEM to NHC/NHIM, developing best practices and lessons learned to inform future communities’ success

    On an Ongoing Basis:

    • Work with Gatherings team and divisions to develop communication and presentation templates for LIVE WELL events and Happiest Hours
    • Fulfill, report on, and optimize the national Nurturing campaign
    • Develop lifestyle programs for national execution in all Gatherings communities with a focus on scalability, ease of implementation, repetition, creation of a vibrant, differentiated brand experience, and smooth transition to resident management (goal of 3 programs per month)
    • Develop communication pieces for and manage Gatherings overnight stays, including check-in/check-out procedures, documentation, coordination of cleaning and supplies, etc.
    • Improve the Gatherings experience internally via the development and implementation of an NHC/divisional nurturing campaign/communication plan
    • Create a communication plan and corresponding email templates for Marketing Managers usage for regular milestones, such as: elevation release, price release, COA detail, Sneak Peek invitation, VIP Reservations, public Reservations
    • Communicate openly and provide corresponding data to inform continual improvement of start-up practices, processes, and resources

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
    • Sales, customer service, and/or event planning experience preferred

    Physical Requirements

    • Typical office environment
    • Some travel to visit communities and to participate in events will be required
    • Occasional weekend and evening work for events and other business-related needs
