This position is primarily responsible for providing financial and analytical support to help drive operational success in nearly every aspect the Division’s options including: sales, land acquisition, land development, construction, customer service, purchasing, and escrow/closings. As a member of the division management team, the Manager of FP&A will provide an integral supporting role to each department to help drive division financial and operational performance. The Manager of FP&A organizes and manages the Company’s detailed monthly financial forecast, including key operating statistics, income statement, balance sheet and cash flows. Must be willing to relocate to Maryland and potentially another Beazer division in 1-2 years.
